The Court of Tirana registered this Wednesday Sali Berisha as the chair of the Democratic Party/

After three years, this court gave the right to Berisha to retake the post that he always had. 

The decision was taken prior to the Parliamentary elections of the May 11. 

Berisha will lead the party towards the elections as the opposition leader.
