Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi has met Monday with the Minister of United Kingdom for Europe and Americas at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Wendy Morton, with whom he talked about fight against organized crime and increase control capacities at border crossings.

Albania and Great Britain have been having a good cooperation in the field of security, border control and cracking down on traffic, underlined Minister Çuçi.

"I received today in a meeting the Minister for Europe in the United Kingdom, Wendy Morton. We discussed the cooperation between our two countries in the fight against organized crime, capacity building at border crossings and especially in the port of Durres, as well as programs focused on preventing all forms of illegality.

For years, Albania and Great Britain have a good cooperation in the field of security, border control and cracking down on traffic", pronounced the Internal Affairs Minister of Albania on the social networks.
