A 17-year-old who stole several mobile phones in a store, wanted after breaking the "house arrest" security measure, has fallen into the hands of the Librazhd police. Also, a 44-year-old man was arrested, who pushed the teenager to commit the theft, keeping the mobile phones at home. 

Furthermore, the owner of the store is being processed with no security measures, since he took the mobile phones and did not report the theft. 

"As a result of the information provided by the police intelligence and carried out in the implementation of the measures defined in the framework of the "Rule of Law" mega-operation, the services of the Librazhd Police Station, in cooperation with the services of the Elbasan Police Station, have captured in Elbasan and have handcuffed the citizen: 

17 years old, resident of Librazhd, declared wanted, since on 28.11.2023, he was not found in the apartment, while he was under the security measure "House Arrest", set by the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Saranda, for the criminal offenses "Theft" and "Driving the vehicle in an irregular manner", and on 19.12.2023, stole 4 mobile phones in a mobile phone shop, owned by the citizen. 

Following the investigative actions for this case, the arrest of a 44-year-old citizen, a resident of Librazhd, (neighbor of the 17-year-old), as he is suspected of pushing the 17-year-old to commit theft, as well as keeping him in his apartment stolen cell phones. 

Also, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the 40-year-old citizen, a resident of Librazhd, after he took the mobile phones from the citizen and did not report the theft. 

The mobile phones were seized as material evidence. 

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions," the police informed.
