Some 19 delegations from all over the world arrived in Albania to see election's organisation and to monitor the process.

The Central Elections Commission said that the delegations are from countries as Finland, Sweden, Croatia, Latvia and the World Organisation of the elections.

CEC informed that representatives from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Estonia, Georgia, etc.. arrived to Albania as part of the program "International Election Observer Program", which is being conducted for the second time by the CEC.

According to CEC, they were informed over the elections process, the functioning of the second and third level electoral commissions, monitoring of the electoral campaign, the stages and progress of the electronic voting process, electronic voter identification, electronic voting and counting.
