Nearly 8 kilograms of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa were seized on Monday in Bulcesh, Tirana. The narcotic substance was found as a result of checks carried out on the basis of information provided by police intelligence, in the homes of 2 citizens (brothers), in the village of Bulçesh. The 2 brothers who possessed the narcotics, Saimir Aruci and Oltjan Aruci, were put in handcuffs. 

The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Narcotics and Trafficking, in cooperation with the specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes against Persons and Property, based on the information provided by the police intelligence, have organized the coded police operation "Bulçesh". 

During the operation, control was exercised in the residences of citizens S.A. and O.A. (brothers), in the village of Bulçesh, Tirana, and as a result, a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa, weighing 7.9 kilograms, was found and seized. 

Following the procedural actions, the citizens S. A., 39 years old and O. A., 25 years old, were arrested in the act for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics". 

At the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue for the complete documentation of the criminal activity of these citizens. 

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
