The Socialist Premier, Edi Rama reacted for the first time after the end of the voting process and the counting of the votes in the first ballot boxes. 

Seeing that socialists are in majority most voted than the democrats and other parties, he expressed his optimism. 

"What a morning" said Rama, while were counted the votes in over 1000 ballot boxes from 5225 in total.
