The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) has officially started investigations against the former health minister, Ogerta Manastirliu.

This year, a criminal proceeding was registered against her for the criminal offense of 'Abuses of Office'.

The registration was made after the denounce made by the democratic MP, Albana Vokshi, for abuses of funds during the pandemic Covid-19.

According to Vokshi, Manastirliu made secret tenders during this period.

She added that, the wining company violated the contract and brought 5 respirators not 54.
