Active Warhead Found by Construction Workers in Klos

An unexploded war shell was discovered this Sunday in the city of Klos by some workers, who were digging to open a foundation for the construction of a wall near a house.

Missile warhead was found after it was discovered from the ground and from the preliminary verifications it is suspected to be unexploded as it still has the burning in it.

Police was immediately notified and surrounded the area so that no one could touch the projectile.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Defense was notified, which is expected to send the engineering group to move the war projectile, while the place will be checked if there are other warheads.

Initial suspicions are in place that the shell has been there since 1997, when one of the tunnels that carried war weapons in the place called "Old Bazaar" exploded.

During the explosion of the war ammunition at that time, many shells were moved to the surrounding area, which also includes the city of Klos since it is close to it.
