The Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) must investigate further for the former vice prime minister, on the run, Arben Ahmetaj.

The last is accused by SPAK for 'abuse of duty' causing a damage to up 7 billion ALL.

During the trial this Tuesday, the Appeal Court against Corruption, decided to give more time to SPAK, three other months to complete the investigations. 

According to the Court, SPAK has time until March 10, 2025 to bring the complete investigation.
