The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku said that during the meeting of the Council of Ministers they approved the draft law for the ratification of the agreement for the construction of the Buna bridge. The agreement was signed during the joint meeting between the Albanian government and that of Montenegro. 

"This bridge will change the entire way of communication between the two countries as they have 34 km of beaches, which citizens have to travel for about 1.5 hours for 73 km to access. Meanwhile, with the construction of the Buna bridge, which is 310 meters long, it will be crossed in just 2 minutes. 

This is an investment that will be made by dividing it between the two countries. It turns out that the investment will be 1.5 billion lek, which will be divided 50 by 50. We have started the work so that the design and everything else will be carried out by the ADF as soon as possible. Today we passed other acts in the field of energy," Balluku said.
