Albania Govt Warns Major Reshuffle in State Police
The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, warned a major reshuffle in the State Police as he underlined that who does not deserve to be a police officers will be removed.
In a reaction during the presentation of the state budget for the Interior Ministry, Premier said that no one is above the law.
"I want to appreciate the work done so fare by the State Police, especially to give the message that no one is above the law or untouchable. There were done some changes and major reshuffle within police will continue because no one can have this post if is not in the right level," said Premier.
He promised that a new center against cybercrime will be set up and such programs will be added to the Academy of Sciences so that the country can move forward in this field.
"The need to increase quality in the Security Academy still has a lot of work to do. To make the Security Academy more attractive, we will also introduce the program against financial and cybercrime," said Rama.
