Cristian Mirea and Alexander Boovenau are two Romanians who came as tourists to Albania and stole in ATMs through cloned cards.

Romanians tracked down tourists and committed thefts as they withdrew euros from ATMs.

During the theft, they blocked the camera and painted their fingers with gel so as not to leave a mark, while withdrawing mostly euros, but also ALL.

The report was made by a second level bank after seeing the interventions in the ATMs and the blocking of the camera.
