A 44-year-old Albanian woman dentist is suspected of killing her fiancé, Robby Claes, 45, in Lummen, Belgium. 

Monika.S has been in jail since May 21 on suspicion of murder. The 44-year-old's case was brought before the Indictment Chamber (KI) on Monday after her lawyer Lynn Clerinx appealed the decision before the chamber. 

The ban on the Albanian dentist was confirmed there at the end of May, Belgian media write. Former pilot Robby Claes was found dead in bed on the morning of May 20th.

Police do not rule out the suicide track, but there is some evidence that implicates the 44-year-old Albanian. To this day she denies having anything to do with the murder.
