Speaker Lindita Nikolla has signed the order for the meeting of the special session. It is announced that the hearing will start at 11:00 and Zelelenky will speak through the Zoom platform. 

By order of Nikolla, the Secretary-General is in charge of taking measures for the realization of the necessary infrastructure for the realization of the direct connection with the President of Ukraine. 

Since the beginning of the war, the President of Ukraine has addressed several parliaments around the world, where he has expressed his gratitude for the support, while constantly asking for help. 

Meanwhile, Albania, a NATO member, has positioned itself on the side of the Western allies and condemned Russia's military aggression on Ukraine. Albania also joined the sanctions against Moscow.
