George Soros' son, Alexander, published a photo with Prime Minister Edi Rama on Thursday evening. 

In a post on his Instagram account, Alex Soros speaks with superlatives about the role of the head of government as a leader not only in the country and the region but all over the world. 

"With my friend Edi Rama last weekend in Tirana, who continues to show inspiring leadership skills in the country, around the region and around the world." 

Alexander Soros, Vice President of the Open Society Foundations, visited last week a group of Afghans who took refuge in Durrës after the evacuation from Kabul. 

In a post on social media, Soros wrote that he had the privilege of meeting with colleagues from the Afghanistan Open Society Foundation, and other evacuated citizens who are already safe in Albania.
