High Prosecutorial Council (HPC) has appointed Arens Çela to head the prosecution of Tirana. 

Thus, Arens Çela receives a 3-year mandate at the head of the prosecutor's office in Tirana. 

"For the appointment of Mr. Arens Çela, through the promotion procedure, to the position of Head of Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana", it is stated in the agenda of the HPC. 

Arens Çela had been Acting Head of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana since April after the dismissal of Elisabeta Imeraj from Vetting. Arens Çela was previously a prosecutor in the former Serious Crimes Court.
