Court of Appeal in Durrës has released this Monday Ismail Morina, known as Ballist Morina, who was under investigation as he was arrested for the sake of justice in Durrës. 

Morina was caught by the police of Kukës, as it turned out that he had not served 5 months in prison for possession of weapons without a permit. 

Charge against Morina was that of carrying a weapon without a permit, for which he was arrested in Durrës in 2015.

However, he became famous after flying the drone with the Albanian flag in Belgrade, in the match between Albania and Serbia.
