Bekim Balaj Returns in Albanian Championship after 12 Years
Bekim Balaj is the new player of Vllaznia. The Albanian striker has returned to Kategoria Superiore and has signed with the club where he started his career in Shkodër.
The Shkodra striker had left the Keçiorenycy team in the Turkish championship and was looking for a new adventure. The 32-year-old striker was immediately targeted by the teams of Superiore with Vllanzia, Partizani and Tirana, who started contacts with him. But in the end it seems that the desire to play once again with the Vllaznia team, whose shirt he wore at the beginning of his career until 2010, prevailed.
The officialization of the agreement was made by the Vllaznia club with a post on social networks where Balaj appeared alongside the sports director Miloti and the president Xhaferi.
"The Vllaznia Football Club, in fulfillment of its sporting objectives, announces that it has reached a cooperation agreement for 3 sports seasons, with the player of the Albanian National Team, Bekim Balaj", explained the Vllaznia club, making it clear that Balaj would become part of them for a long term.
