Tensions, protests and urges for his release from jail accompanied this Sunday the few hours of 'freedom' of Fredi Beleri who was allowed to participate in his grandmother's funeral. 

Dozens of citizens urged police to release him free, saying that he is the elected mayor of Himara. 

He was always under police strict survey and people were not allowed to console him.

His presence caused tensions and police did not allow to remove his handcuffs.
