'Partizani' Case, Judicial Body Elected

Today was elected through lot the three judges that will discuss the 'Partizani' case, where former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha and his son in law are accused.

The judge who will lead the group is Elsa Ulliri, while the other elected are Bib Ndreca and Rudina Palloi.

They all will examine the case of the privatisation of the 'Partizani' football club.

Berisha is accused for corruption. He is suspected that used his power as Prime Minister to benefit from the privatisation process through his son in law Jamarbër Malltezi.

While the lest is accused for passive corruption and money laundry.
