Beleri's Mandate, CEC Discusses the Validity

The Central Elections Commission (CEC) will decide this Friday over the mandate of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, actually arrested on vote buying charges.

Beleri is present at the session as he was surveyed by dozens of police officers.

According to his lawyer, there is no legal reason for CEC to discuss Beleri's mandate.

But socialists pretends that after being condemned with two years in prison, Beleri cannot have any longer his mandate.
