Tirana Prosecution sent to trial four people, three of them for 'Abuse of duty' and for 'Documents Forgery'.

According to the prosecution, the three officials, the citizens Ymer Marku former mayor of Berxulla and the citizens K.B., and A.L. gave 7500 m2 of land to the citizen K.A., with falsified documents. 

The last sold the property to other people gaining 10.000.000 ALL, causing serious damages to the real owners of the property.

Actually, the prosecution seized the property while all them were arrested.

Ymer Marku was previous candidate of the Democratic Party for Mayor of Vora.
