The Court against Corruption (GJKKO) has seized the passport of the former Prime Minister, at the same time the historical leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha. With the last decision, GJKKO bans Berisha to leave the country as he is under investigations for passive corruption.

Albaniandailynews.com has learned that after the arrest of his son-in-law, Jamarber Malltezi over the privatization of 'Partizani' sport club, GJKKO obligates Berisha to appear to court, when is needed.

The security measure was given for Berisha, after investigations that the Special Prosecution is conducting on this case.
