Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha has accused the leader of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla of having links with criminals. 

According to Berisha, the SP Group Leader has made over 100 phone calls with characters from the underworld such as Nuredin Dumani, or other gang members in Elbasan.

"Your phone calls with Nuredin Dumani will be revealed. And it's not just that. But here I am telling you that he has over 100 phone calls with Dumani, Talo Cela and others," declared Berisha.
