Former Prime Minister and Head of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha declared Friday that he has "forgiven" the 31-year-old Gert Shehu, for punching him in the face during December 6th rally.

In the weekly press conference, Berisha also accused Prime Minister Edi Rama as orderer of the scenario of violence in the December 6 protest, adding that Gert Shehu was used by Ardi Veliu as an informant for dismantling drug networks. 

"I have forgiven Edi Rama's kamikaze without explosives, Gerti Shehu, but the numerous debates regarding the event force me to be before you on this issue. 

To clarify the opinion why I directly accuse Edi Rama as the author or orderer of this script. 

I absolutely do not accuse Rama of political motives and causes. No, I declare with full responsibility that anyone who mistakes my accusations for this purpose is deceiving himself and nothing more.
