Court decided "Jail arrest" for Pandeli Kokoveshi, who was arrested together with Fredi Beleri in Himarë for buying votes.

The lawyer Ledjo Nuraj, in a statement for the media, has stated that the evidence collected in connection with the buying of votes is not sufficient. 

He added that the security measure was given in violation of the law, as his health condition was not taken into consideration. Kokoveshi is admitted to QSUT because of his heart problems, while now his condition is stabilized. 

Nuraj added that the client was not able to speak, while he was represented only by his defense. In the end, he said that there will be an appeal of this security measure. 

"Illegal arrest. It was done by the prosecutor's office of Vlora, it should have been done by SPAK since it is not an arrest in flagrante delicto since the investigations started earlier. We will appeal the decision," said the lawyer.
