British With Criminal Past Arrested for Murder of Albanian Businessman
Harry Simpson, one of the five Englishmen involved in the murder of Ardian Nikulaj, remains on the run.
Simpson had arrived in Albania as part of the team of killers with the role of observer of the victim. Simpson has criminal records and convictions in the past.
He is a resident of Abbey Wood in South London. One of the criminal records is related to the sale of drugs on the streets of the English capital.
According to the English prosecution, in February 2015, Simpson was arrested for selling cocaine with a purity of 89% and selling cannabis worth 40,000 pounds. Simpson, then 24, was traveling in a BMW when he was stopped and searched by police.
It turned out he was driving a vehicle with a revoked license and no insurance. In order to avoid receiving a maximum sentence, he accepted the charges. The court sentenced Simpson to 5 years and 3 months in prison. The local police donated the cash found in his house to an animal protection organization.
