A 27-year-old man was arrested by police in Fier, because he isolated inside a house and violated an Italian woman.

Police discovered that the woman was locked inside a house, without her consent.

The police was informed by the Italian Embassy and that the man violated the Italian citizen and closed her inside the house. 

Police arrested the citizen A.I., in a tentative to run.
