A serious accident was recorded this Monday in the tunnel of Elbasan, where as a result of two vehicles involved in the crash, five people were sent to hospital for medical assistance.

It is learned that there are 2 children among the injured. The collision happened inside the tunnel, on the side when the vehicles are coming to Tirana.

Police forces and ambulance are currently at the scene. Meanwhile, the dynamics of the accident is still unknown, while a preliminary notification is expected from the Elbasan blue uniforms.
