Constitutional Court accepted the request of former vice Prime Minister, Arben Ahmetaj and removed the seizure imposed by the Special Prosecution in some of his properties.

This Court accepted to remove seizure of an apartment at 'Kreshnik Çollaku' street and a bank accaunt.

Meanwhile, one the other side, the Constitutional Court decided to resend the case at the Special Court of Appeal.

SPAK is investigating from months Ahmetaj who left country before being arrested.
