Penitent of justice, Henrik Hoxhaj has testified this Tuesday in front of the Special Court (GJKO), giving clarifications about the 2 assassinations with 4 victims that happened in Durrës, namely Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdiaj and the brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia.

For 1 hour and 30 minutes, he answered the question of the Prosecution and the lawyers of Altin Ndoci and Besian Xhixha.

Hoxhaj revealed how he met Nuredin Dumani, adding that the latter had promised him 60,000 EUR, but he only received 35.000, as Elio Bitri took the rest.

"I met Nuredin Duman on Festim Qoli's birthday, about 6 months before the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdiaj. Dumani promised me 60,000 euros, of which he gave me 35,000, because Elio Bitri took the rest. The latter was behind the wheel, I was in the back passenger seat. I had 2 pistols with me, while Bitri had a pistol with a grinder.

According to Dumani, the target was Dorian Shkoza, who even came in front of Avdiaj to protect him when we shot. I had no communication with Bitri, when I went to Nuredini's house, I found him there and we headed towards the scene. Dumani was not with us, but he was coming around. I shot with both guns, Bitri also shot once with his gun", he emphasized.

Also, Hoxhaj gave clarifications about the assassination of the brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia.

He confessed that the target of the attack was Besmiri, while they did not know that his brother was also in the car with him.

In the murder, he was wearing OFL clothes, which according to him Nuredini had provided for him in Elbasan.
