COVID-19: Montenegro Puts Albania in Yellow List
Albanians will be able to enter Montenegro only if they show a negative coronavirus test.
Government of Montenegro has issued a decision which states that Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Lebanon and Singapore, are on the "yellow" list of risk from the coronavirus pandemic.
Citizens of these countries may be able to cross the border into Montenegro if the required PCR or serological test was performed in no less than 72 hours.
The PCR test determines if the virus is active, and the serological test shows if the person has been infected with the coronavirus.
Citizens from Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Zimbabwe will be excluded from the list.
