The Mayor of Tirana requires to be released from jail.

Today, Veliaj expects to have an answer by the Special Court of Appeal in order to change his security measure.

Through his lawyer, he requires an easy measure than 'Arrest in prison', even on bail. 

The same request he made even in the high court, but so far, the date was not made public when his request will be discussed.

Veliaj was arrested since February 10, on corruption charges and abuse of duty.
