Durrës police have released information regarding the accident that happened this Tuesday afternoon in the coastal city, where an elderly woman was injured.

Official sources said that the event took place at 19:45, in the neighborhood no. 11 and that a 70-year-old pedestrian, who is under the care of doctors, was injured.

Following the incident, the police identified and blocked the suspected vehicle, but also made the identification of the perpetrator and work continues to apprehend him.

On the other hand, the investigative group is working on understanding how the crash took place.
