The Democrat Member of Parliament, Ervin Salianji was definitely condemned with one year of jail this Thursday.

The Appeal Court left in force the decision of the first degree, which considered him guilty for denouncing the brother of socialist Fatmir Xhafaj, condemned in Italy for drugs trafficking.

In the same day, court condemned with six months of service in community the journalist Jetmir Olldashi, who travelled to Vlora to intercept Xhafaj's brother. 

After this decision, Salianji said that he will go in jail, but his battle with justice did not ended.
