Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias has spoken again about the arrest of the winning candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition in Himara, Fredi Beleri. This time from Brussels, Dendias has said that the issue will be raised in the Council of Foreign Affairs. 

"Today we will discuss the issue of the Western Balkans with our colleagues in the Council of Foreign Affairs. Thus, I will have the opportunity to clearly raise the issue of the ban of the elected mayor of the Himara Municipality, Fredi Beleri. I will also meet with my Albanian counterpart. I think it will be a very interesting conversation", said Nikos Dendias.
