A 62-year-old man has been arrested this Friday by police of Dibra for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

According to law enforcement, the 62-year-old was caught irrigating the plot that had cultivated 233 cannabis plants.

Narcotic plants were cultivated in a wooded area in the village of Bufull in Selishte after a police drone monitoring the area.

Earlier, during the first and second phase of this operation, 519 cannabis plants were destroyed in the territory of Mat municipality, where one person was arrested while another was declared wanted.
