Chairman of the Democratic Party (DP) Lulzim Basha has shed light Thursday on one of the “failures” of Prime Minister Edi Rama during his 8 years of governance in Albania, at a time when the general elections of April 25 are less than 40 days away and closing in fast.

According to the Opposition Leader, Elbasan County has had the highest decrease in terms of population because of the poverty and unemployment that prevails there, based on Institute of Statistics (INSTAT) data.

“37 days to April 25, the 100 failures of Rama in 8 years. Which is the county with the largest population decline during these years?

Answer: Elbasan County. According to ISNTAT, the County of Elbasan has had the largest decline in population, due to poverty and unemployment”, pronounced Basha.
