Democratic Party will submit a file to the Special Prosecution against Corruption (SPAK) against Prime Minister, Edi Rama for the project of the Port of Durresi.

This political party considers the action as a corruptive affair, adding that DP will also submit another file to the Constitutional Court against this project.

"Today we announce that the Democratic Party (PD) has prepared the second lawsuit for the Constitutional Court, with the signatures of opposition deputies, to challenge this issue again for the serious constitutional violations that have occurred.

We will also file a criminal complaint with SPAK for this affair. The responsible persons, starting from Prime Minister Edi Rama, must be held accountable for an action that clearly, with a sequence of equally criminal acts approved by the government, has been done there to legally dress a corrupt private personal relationship between Edi Rama and a private Arab investor.

What we aim for is not only to save the Port of Durres, but to subject it to the same corruptive plundering mechanism that also threatens to touch Vlora, Ksamil, and Saranda" said Bylykbashi.
