Premises of Durres Port have turned Thursday afternoon into a crime scene as a heavy tonnage truck ran over a 25-year-old security employee, causing her to pass away.

The victim was citizen with initials A. H, while the careless driver was F. K., 39 years old and the eye witnesses claim that he dragged the young lady for about 30 meters with his vehicle.

Nevertheless, the truck navigator was remanded into custody for further investigative procedures and the authorities are at the scene working on solving the dynamics of the accident.

“On 07.01.2021, at 15:30, in the neighborhood no. 3, Durrës, in the port premises, citizen F. K., 39 years old, driving the vehicle type ‘Man’, trailer, crashed the citizen A. H., 25 years old, who consequently passed away”, informed the police.
