A house in Krasta area of Elbasan has been engulfed in flames this Friday morning.

Local media revealed that the fire was caused by a firewood stove that the elderly man who lived there alone, used for heating the premises.

Following ignition, the flames have spread throughout the kitchen, burning it completely.

Fortunately, the citizen in question managed to get out in time and notify the firemen, who were able to put out the fire.
