Elbasan Prosecution Office has completed its investigation and has referred citizen Donald Hoxha to trial, on charges of "Premeditated Murder" committed in complicity.

The investigations into criminal case no. 833/3 from 2009, determined that Hoxha is responsible for the premeditated murder, committed in complicity, as provided for in in Articles 78/a and 25 of the Criminal Code, against the victim Roland Rexhepi, a former police officer, killed in 2009.

Elbasan Prosecution Office reaffirms its efforts to discover and identify any other possible accomplices involved in this case.
