Elections in Himara Will Not Be Repeated

Elections in Himara will not be repeated. The Complaints and Sanctions Committee at the Central Elections Commission has rejected the request of the coalition "Together We Win" for elections repetition, leaving in force the result of the last elections where the socialist candidate, Vangjel Tavo won.

This committee took this decision after the opening of 36 boxes of election materials, which coincide with as many polling stations as the Municipality of Himara and no inconsistencies were identified.

Regarding the number of people who appeared at the polling stations and were not allowed to vote due to the expiration of their documents, it turned out that there are only 161 people.
