Enkelejd Alibeaj Resigns from DP Leadership

Enkelejd Alibeaj has resigned from the leadership of the Democratic Party and the Parliamentary Group of this political force.

He shared the news himself, through a statement to the media, where he said that his resignation came as a result of losing the May 14 elections.

"The May 14 elections had numerous problems, the use of administration and gangs, up to the complete malfunction of electronic equipment. But we must turn our eyes to ourselves.

I have decided to leave the leadership of the Party and the leadership of the parliamentary group in the Parliament. The party must separate itself from the past.

The party must be reorganized in a capillary way. the party must have new rules, new principles, we need to build an alliance with the potential for 2025 elections", said Alibeaj.
