Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Edi Rama are in Lac to hand over the keys to new apartments to families affected by the November 26, 2019 earthquake. 

Erdogan was greeted with music and dance, with Kurbin Mayor Majlinda Cara taking the floor, thanking the Turkish people and President Erdoogaan for their assistance. Earlier, the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived at Rinas Airport where he was received with a state ceremony by Prime Minister Edi Rama. (Read also)
