Final agreement for the development of the "Durrës Yacht & Marina" project has been signed this Monday by the Albanian government and "Eagle Hills Real Estate".

The deal was signed in the Palace of Congresses by the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy Besart Kadia, investors Muhammed El Alabbar and Erlis Hereni, director of the Agency for the realization of this project.

This is the finalization of a long voluminous work path, in the technical-legal aspect, with a large strategic investor, says Prime Minister Rama.

Meanwhile, Minister Balluku said that the most difficult phase, that of implementation on the ground, has already begun.

"This project will once and for all change the sights of tourism not only for Albania, but for the entire region. The interest has been very great from citizens from the diaspora and the whole world.

It was not easy to negotiate. We walked a completely new path. We already have other projects of this nature. The realization of the project will prove that we have made the right choice.

This project of this type with PPP provides that the shareholder has all the benefits of an income shareholder. 45% of the current port space remains with the state", stated Balluku.
