Footballers in Spain Fear Albanian Thieves Gang
Theft of football players' houses in Spain by Albanian gangs have increased as the latter have managed to profit by breaking into the homes of well-known sports figures.
According to the Spanish media, gangs of Albanians manage to get into these apartments after exploiting the mistakes of the security systems or their total absence.
The attempted attack on the residence of Real Madrid player Dani Carvajal in Boadilla del Monte has reignited the debate about why in such exclusive places the lack of security can be overwhelming. His name is added to that of other footballers, such as Karim Benzema, Álvaro Morata, Figo, Casemiro, Isco Alarcón, Zidane and in Barcelona, ??Pique, Jordi Alba or the last theft at Aubameyang's house.
Carvajal left and the house alarm system was working perfectly. The thieves, two in appearance, but probably four or five involved in the robbery, managed to escape, but without entering the house. Sources tell that the data speaks of an Albanian group and according to the investigators, they suspect that they did not know that Carvajal lived there, as it is suspected that they tried to rob other houses in that area that same night.
During the first six months of 2022, the region experienced 25 home burglaries per day. Although 60% were carried out by Georgians, Albanians are ahead of Romanians, Dominicans and even Spaniards.
