Former high official, Alda Klosi, will remain in prison. The security measure was given to Klosi in hospital where she was hospitalized with cardiac problems after police officers arrested suspected for the criminal offence "Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration, of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or any other person who has the legal obligation to declare", "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offence or criminal activity" and "False statements before a judicial police officer" provided by Articles 257/a, 287 and 305/b of the Criminal Code. 

Klosi was arrested after the testimony of her cleaning woman, who was arrested days ago with over EUR 500.000 stolen from Klosi. 

The investigations related to this case, according to Tirana Prosecution Office, are complex and ongoing, guaranteeing that the Prosecution Office is maximally engaged and will carry out every investigative action with the aim of fully clarifying this criminal activity, and holding accountable all the persons involved in it.
