The dangerous precedent seems to have returned again. Criminal gangs are missing their targets, taking innocent lives even though we are in 2023, when law and order should have entered another phase by now. 

Prime Minister Edi Rama himself, at the introductory meeting of the State Police Director Muhamet Rrumbullaku, asked the latter to get the Police out of the crossroads where it had entered, but apparently such a thing is still far away. In the last 2 years, there are a total of 4 victims and 11 injured, who suffered from the wrong movements of the executioners. 

On January 4, 2022, Erion Çela was killed in a shooting in a bar in Don Bosko, where according to the testimony of the repentant of justices Gentjan and Indri Beqiri, the target of the assassination was in fact the nephew of Geron Hasanbelli. Erion Çela was mistakenly killed, while his brother Blerim Çela, the victim's uncle Edmond Crroj, 19 years old waiter of the bar Azbi Selimaj, and Arben Dani were injured. 

On March 12, 2023, again in Don Bosko, masked executioners would miss the target by killing Mimoza Paja. In fact, they wanted to kill Fatjon Murataj, the owner of the bar where the murder took place. 5 other people were injured by the bullets, among them the minor granddaughter of the victim. 

The terrifying precedent of opening fire on any building without fearing who will remain dead, reached its climax in the terrorist attack on Top Channel on March 29, 2023, where the perpetrators fired dozens of bullets at the facade of the building, and as a result one of the bullets killed security guard Pal Kola. 

The last case was in the yard of the residence of Gentjan Bejtja, a problematic person from Fushe Kruja, suspected and investigated as a participant in several criminal events. Due to the shooting, his brother-in-law Ramazan Sino was killed and Gentjan Bejtja's two minor children were injured, although the latter is suspected to have not been at home. 

Out of these 4 assassinations, only that of Erion Cela was solved, thanks to the Beqiri brothers who regretted their actions, while the other 3 seem to be added to the long list of assassinations that will never be solved, laying new strong foundations for the precedent where the executioners in the pursuit of achieving their dark goals can even take the lives of innocent people, putting the order and security in our country into question.
