Starting from January 1 all the retires in Tirana will benefit and travel for free in busses.

The decision was taken this Tuesday during the meeting of the Tirana Municipality City Council with the votes of the Socialist Party members. 

While the democrats boycotted the meeting.

In Tirana, even students have been traveling with a free subscription for more than a year. Free subscriptions for students and pensioners will be distributed through electronic platforms, such as the Student Card and the Pensioner Card. This project aims to make public transport more accessible and improve mobility for all citizens.
